1. About these terms
This site (bestautomationtools.ai, also “AI Agents Guide”) is operated by Kulik Media UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Germany. By accessing the site you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the site.
2. Editorial nature of the content
All articles, reviews, and comparisons published on this site are editorial commentary. They reflect our independent assessment of the platforms covered, based on publicly-available information, hands-on testing where indicated, and the evaluation rubric described on our Methodology page. Verdicts are opinions, not statements of fact about a vendor’s suitability for your specific use case.
Pricing, feature lists, integration counts, and similar fast-changing data points reflect what we observed at the time the page was last updated (the date is shown at the top of every review). Vendors change their products without notifying us. Always confirm against the vendor’s own page before purchasing.
3. Affiliate relationships
Many outbound links to platforms covered here are affiliate links. If you sign up via one of these links, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate links are flagged at the top of every review with the Affiliate disclosure notice and carry rel="sponsored" on the underlying anchor.
Affiliate relationships do not determine our editorial verdicts. Several platforms covered here have no affiliate relationship with us, and we recommend tools (e.g. n8n self-hosted, free tiers) that earn us no commission. See our Methodology for the exact rules we follow.
4. No professional advice
Nothing on this site constitutes professional procurement, technical, security, compliance, legal, or financial advice. Choosing AI agent platforms involves trade-offs around data residency, regulatory compliance (GDPR, EU AI Act, SOC 2, HIPAA, etc.), security posture, and integration with your existing systems. You are responsible for your own due diligence. Where regulated industries are concerned, engage qualified advisors before signing contracts.
5. User conduct
You may read, share, link to, and quote our articles for personal and commercial use, with attribution and a link back to the source page. You may not:
- Republish entire articles without our written permission.
- Scrape the site at a rate that interferes with normal availability.
- Use the site or any of its content to train large language models without our written permission, except as permitted by EU Directive 2019/790 Art. 4 where we have not validly opted out (we have not opted out at this time, but reserve the right to do so).
- Misrepresent our reviews, ratings, or quotes — in particular, splicing partial quotes that change the meaning.

All editorial content, prose, scoring rubrics, and original graphics on this site are © 2026 Kulik Media UG, except where attributed otherwise. Vendor logos, screenshots, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used here under fair use / fair dealing for editorial commentary.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kulik Media UG and its representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of this site or your reliance on its content — including but not limited to procurement losses, contract disputes with vendors, data losses, or service interruptions caused by tools we discuss. Where law forbids us limiting liability (gross negligence, intent, mandatory consumer protections, German § 309 BGB), our liability is capped at the value of any direct payment you have made to us, which for editorial readers is €0.
8. Third-party links and embeds
The site contains links to and may embed content from third parties (vendor pages, GitHub, YouTube, etc.). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Visiting them is at your own risk.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged in the introduction for at least 30 days. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The non-exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of Kulik Media UG, to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer-protection venues remain available where applicable.
