What we correct

• Pricing errors (plans, operations/tasks quotas, seat-based add-ons)
• Capability misrepresentations (what a platform can/cannot build)
• Integration list errors
• User-rating out-of-date values (G2, Capterra, Product Hunt)
• Broken external links or links to defunct vendors

Turnaround

• Factual errors: 72 hours.
• Active pricing errors on high-traffic pages: 24 hours.
• Capability re-tests (requires building again on the platform): 5 business days.

Material corrections are disclosed with a visible note at the top of the affected page. Minor typos do not require disclosure.
