What we do

Independent, hands-on reviews of AI workflow automation tools and AI agent platforms. We build real agents on each reviewed platform to document capabilities and limits.

Testing methodology

For ranking-page tools we build the same reference agent (lead-qualification workflow) on each platform and measure: time-to-first-working-build, failure modes, capability ceiling, platform ergonomics, production pricing. For enterprise agent platforms where self-serve is not available, we note this explicitly and rely on vendor demo evidence.

Sourcing standards

• Pricing: vendor pricing pages, re-verified quarterly.
• User ratings: G2, Capterra, Product Hunt reviews linked directly.
• Capability claims: our hands-on testing + vendor documentation. Vendor-only claims we cannot verify are flagged.
• Industry data: IBM 2026 AI Agents Guide, Google Cloud AI Agent Trends — cited for market context, not product claims.

Update cadence

• Pricing: re-verified quarterly.
• Platform capabilities: re-tested semi-annually (tools evolve rapidly).
• Major events (shutdowns, acquisitions, pricing model changes): reflected within 72 hours.
